4 Minute Healthy Breakfast

Getting out the door on time to make your train, bus or work space on time each day can occaisionally be a struggle.

Missing breakfast, however, does you no good at all.

So today we’re sharing with you a recipe that is perfect for those days when you don’t have time to even think about what to make. And it’s yum!

Preparation Time: 4 minutes

Makes: 2 servings

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup almond milk (or skim milk)

1 banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

* Optional: add stevia for sweetness

Method: Blend all ingredients in the blender

and serve!
It is that quick!

Never leave home without having your brekky – remember it’s the most important meal of the day.
